PEARL WHITE TRI-COAT WITH RED LEATHER SEATS. RECENT FRAME OFF RESTORATION, RECREATION. 18 and 20 FOOSE WHEELS. YOU WILL BE IMPRESSED! FULL SAFETY, APPRAISAL AND TROPHIES INCLUDED. DRIVES LIKE A DREAM. One of 4629 convertibles made in 1975, this was the famous last year of the Convertible Corvette. Chevrolet believed it would be Corvette's (and Chevrolet's) last soft-top model ever but fortunately, the Corvette convertible returned, after an eleven year drought, in 1986. This is a show stopping resto-mod that will make you smile every time you glance in its direction. It is a much better car than the one that left the factory when it was new. This is a rare opportunity to own a car of this quality, at this entry level price. This car cost over $58,000 to create! We have photos of the progress of the restoration and $38,000 in receipts. The car was a white, clean, rust free, low mileage car which the previous owner paid $20,000 for, before the restoration. Appraised in 2012 at $35,000 when our dollar was at par to the US dollar, Hagerty currently values good to excellent 75 convertibles between $21,000 and $36,000 USD and concours at $54,000 USD. Since I purchased this car we have spent further to replace the windshield, brake callipers and to exceed current safety standards. I have personally driven thousands of Corvettes. This car is a joy to drive and although not a beast of a motor, it is lively and smooth. Suspension is extremely pleasant, which is contributed to by the modern wheel/tire set up. Best driven with the top down, the fit and finish of these tops to windows and body are good but not excellent by modern standards. What a great buy on a great car! We can assist with bank financing, credit union and leasing from 4.9% on approved credit.
